When you use our services, we obtain the majority of the data we process from you through various forms and interactions with our interfaces. Additionally, some information about you is generated on our end as well. Information you give us about yourself

You can keep your delivery address as a template when placing orders and then share it with merchants once your transactions with them are complete. User Preferences and Behaviour Information

  • Merchants with whom you entered into sales agreement
  • Payment service providers, including:

    Klarna will offer you Klarna’s payment methods. At checkout, we may pass your personal data in the form of contact information and order details to Klarna in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

  • Companies provide shipping services in order to deliver purchases to you
  • Companies providing security and anti-fraud services to us, including:

    the Google reCAPTCHA tool (please see their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more info);

The controller employs organizational and technical security measures.

We have chosen and put in place the right organizational and technical safeguards to protect your data from accidental loss and unauthorized disclosure, in compliance with the relevant regulations.

By submitting such a request, you assert that you are the individual associated with the given data and possess the full capacity and authority to make such a request. We maintain the right to verify this information based on the data shared with us, including sharing it with third parties or authorities if legally required.

Under GDPR, your rights regarding your data include:

1. The ability to access and receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (right to data portability).

2. Request corrections for inaccurate information in your data. You can modify your data through your account settings.

3. Withdraw consent, resulting in the cessation of processing reliant on consent as the lawful foundation for personal data processing.

4. Oppose the processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests. To process this request, please provide grounds for your specific situation causing an objection. Direct marketing-related processing will stop upon objection.

5. Request erasure of your data unless needed for expression and information freedom rights, compliance with legal obligations requiring processing by the Union or Member State, or public interest-related tasks; or for creating, exercising, or defending legal claims.

6. Request restricted processing if:

a. personal data accuracy is disputed by you;
b. processing is unlawful but erasure is opposed by you, instead requesting restricted usage;
c. Boomgos no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but is still needed by you for creating, exercising or defending legal claims;
d. You have objected to your data usage, pending verification on whether processing should continue.
