Klarna will offer you Klarna’s payment methods. At checkout, we may pass your personal data in the form of contact information and order details to Klarna in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

We maintain the right to verify this information based on the data shared with us, including sharing it with third parties or authorities if legally required.
Under GDPR, your rights regarding your data include:
1. The ability to access and receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (right to data portability).
2. Request corrections for inaccurate information in your data. You can modify your data through your account settings.
3. Withdraw consent, resulting in the cessation of processing reliant on consent as the lawful foundation for personal data processing.
4. Oppose the processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests. To process this request, please provide grounds for your specific situation causing an objection. Direct marketing-related processing will stop upon objection.

c. Boomgos no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but is still needed by you for creating, exercising or defending legal claims;
