Mug is good and working as expected. Did hot choco mix - was prepared good. Several moments. Charging port located where it may be spilled when you wash or clean or drain the water. Press hard to fix hole cover. Packaging - very bad. It is about manufacturing and about seller. One mug was just in carton box (no cellophane bag) but other was in bag. No protection for box. You will be lucky if your mug will not be broken! Looks like I'm lucky - I tested once and both works. To the seller - recommend add bubble wrap!

I arrive fast, in 10 days. Very good product, it fulfills its function very well and seems of better quality than others, although over time it may get to get water when washing it. Perhaps it can be improved by sealing it more in some way, why below it brings a section for batteries since it does not work on batteries, it is rechargeable.

Take great care, as easy water enters the electronic circuit. With me stopped working after only one time of use. I dismantled everything, dried it and it went back to work. My suggestion: seal the USB input of the cup with some adhesive tape always after charging the battery. I liked the glass, because even with this unexpected situation, it is working very well. I even thought about opening a dispute, but because I got it done, I gave up.

Great product! Bought 2 rechargeable cups, A rechargeable battery is built into the cup. But you can also insert 2AAA batteries separately. Micro USB cable is included. Visually, the cup is nice. A C connection would be perfect dear manufacturer.

The cup arrived without a silicone plug on the charging port. In addition, the package was opened and very dented. For some reason, the kit included two micro-USB charging cables. Apparently, it was tested somewhere, since the magnet was already in place of rotation, and not in the lid

This is my second one. This is ok quality and works well. I use 3 in 1 coffee mix and works great. It keeps coffee warmer longer. Just watch the charging port not to get wet and dont lose the silicon cover for usb port.

The cup is bigger then I thought and you can only put liquid in half of it. A lot of space. I think the bottom was designed for AAA batteries, but has been removed.
